General Fruit Packing

One of our many successes has been the development of a punnet packing machine for packing blueberries. chestnuts, cherry tomatoes, walnuts, mussels and various other nuts and products.  We have 2 types of machines available. The type 1 machine is a rotary machine which is ideally suited to a small grower who wants to pack about 50 trays/hour of blueberries.(A tray normally contains 12 punnets at 125grams).

The type 2 machine is a  4 or more lane machine which has a punnet denester as standard. This machine is capable, with 4 lanes operating, of packing over 120 trays/hour of blueberries.  These machines have proven to be very accurate for punnet weights allowing the grower to set his fill weights lower than he would normally, giving substantial crop savings.

While the machine is built to suit a particular punnet type, we can custom build to suit most types of punnets.
There are options available including labelers, check weights, shrink wrappers and palletizing systems etc.
